By initiating service with Clean Paws, you agree to the following terms and policies.
1. Yard Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible entry into all service areas.
- Gates must be unlocked and in working condition
- If a gate is locked, a key or combination must be provided in advance
- Dogs must be secured or handled according to provided instructions
If access is not available at the time of service:
- The visit may be skipped
- The visit will still be charged
2. Skipped Service Policy
Clean Paws operates on a consistent service schedule.
If a service is skipped due to:
- Lack of access
- Unsafe conditions
- Weather delays
Your yard will be fully serviced on the next visit.
This may result in a larger-than-normal cleanup, often referred to as “double doody.”
Because the missed service is completed during the following visit, no refunds or credits are issued for skipped services.
3. Pet Information
Clients must notify Clean Paws of any changes, including:
- Number of dogs
- New pets
- Changes in behavior (especially aggression)
Clean Paws reserves the right to adjust pricing based on these changes.
4. Weather Policy
Clean Paws operates year-round.
In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions:
- Service may be delayed
- Your yard will be serviced as soon as conditions allow
No visits are permanently skipped due to weather.
5. Service Pauses
If your dog(s) will not be using the yard (vacation, illness, etc.), clients must notify Clean Paws in advance.
- No credits will be issued for missed notifications
- Service resumes on the next scheduled visit unless otherwise arranged
6. Safety Conditions
Clean Paws reserves the right to skip or modify service if conditions are unsafe, including:
- Aggressive or loose dogs
- Hazardous yard conditions
- Unsafe weather or access
7. Scope of Service
Clean Paws removes visible pet waste from accessible areas.
We are not responsible for:
- Waste hidden by tall grass, snow, or debris
- Pre-existing yard damage
- Damage caused by pets
8. Billing & Payment
Services are billed monthly
- A valid card on file is required
By providing a card on file, you authorize Clean Paws to charge for:
- Monthly service fees
- Initial cleanups
- Service-related fees (if applicable)
If a payment fails:
- You will be notified
- Payment must be resolved promptly
- Service may be paused until payment is received
Repeated failed payments may result in service termination.
9. Pricing Changes
Fees and promotions are subject to change.
Clients will receive at least two (2) weeks notice prior to any pricing changes.
10. Service Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice.
- Any outstanding balance is due within 15 days
11. SMS & Email Communications
- Service notifications (on the way, completed, or skipped)
- Scheduling updates
- Customer support messages
- Occasional review requests
Message frequency varies based on service.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by:
- Replying STOP, or
- Updating your preferences in your client portal
12. Limitation of Liability
Clean Paws is committed to providing reliable and professional service.
However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing yard conditions
- Damage caused by pets or third parties
- Conditions outside of our control
13. Agreement
By starting service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies.
